Residential Property Manager, Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Operations & General Manager, the Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the facility. This includes management of the following resources: human, fiscal, and physical. The Property Manager will develop and maintain a supportive and nurturing environment for all employees and residents of the facility they are assigned and ensure that the highest standards possible are attained. The Property Manager is responsible for the project's operations at all times and for appropriate delegation to on-site staff on a twenty-four hour basis. The Property Manager must relate well to people and exercise good judgment in dealings with residents, vendors and staff. The Property Manager is expected to provide leadership in the development of community life and in directing staff. Duties are subject to change and are based upon the needs of the property.

Residential Assistant Property Manager, Position Summary: Under the direction of the Property Manager & Director of Operations, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in the overall operation of the facility. This includes management of the following resources: human, fiscal, and physical. The Assistant Property Manager will work along side the Property Manager in developing and maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment for all employees and residents of the facility they are assigned and ensure that the highest standards possible are attained. In the absence of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the project's operations at all times and for appropriate delegation to on-site staff to ensure services and emergency coverage is in place. The Assistant Property Manager must relate well to people and exercise good judgment in dealings with residents, vendors and staff. The Assistant Property Manager is expected to provide leadership in the development of community life and in directing staff. Duties are subject to change and are based upon the needs of the property.

Residential Maintenance Technician, Position Summary: Under the direction of the Property Manager and the Director of Operations, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall general cleaning, maintenance, repair and upkeep of the buildings and property both inside and out. Duties may be modified to meet the needs of the property.

Residential Handyman, Position Summary: Responsible for the overall general maintenance, repair and upkeep of the buildings and property. Duties may be modified to meet the needs of the property.

Residential Janitor, Position Summary: Under the direction of the Property Manager and Director of Operations, the Janitor is responsible for the overall general cleaning and upkeep of the buildings and property both inside and out. Duties may be modified to meet the needs of the property.

Shopping Center Day Porter, Position Summary: Under the direction of the Property Services Department and in cooperation with the Property Manager, the Day Porter is responsible for the overall general cleaning and upkeep of the buildings and property both inside and out. Duties may be modified to meet the needs of the property.
