Westlake Urban to build San Leandro tech campus
The San Francisco Business Times writes about the new San Leandro Tech Center with a link to the video fly through of the new project. Westlake Urban to build 60 unit apartment complex in San Mateo, California
Westlake Urban LLC, in partnership with Palo Alto Partners, LP, has commenced construction on a 60 unit apartment development located at 2000 Delaware Street in San Mateo, California. The development will be a mix of two bedroom two bath units and two bedroom one bath units. This is a moderate rate “workforce” apartment development designated for tenants who earn less than 120% of median income. Occupancy is estimated to begin Fall 2015.
Gaye Quinn joins Westlake Urban, LLC
Gaye is responsible for strategic planning, site evaluation, project feasibility analyses and governmental entitlements, at Westlake. In addition to her work at Westlake, Gaye has served in senior management positions in Bay Area real estate development firms and has managed the design, development and governmental entitlements for several million square feet of commercial real estate including retail, industrial, office and residential projects. In addition to over 14 years of experience in the private sector, Gaye brings the unique perspective of having served as a Planning Director in three Bay Area cities including, San Mateo, San Leandro and Emeryville. Gaye holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University.
